MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Shopping Club is a project of the Instable Studio.
The Instable Studio (InS.) is a collaboration between µland and JeaH.
All rights of The Neutral Art Theory of the Shopping Club (NATSC) is reserved by µland and JeaH.

To become a Shopping Club member it is obliged to agree and sign the end user membership agreement of the Shopping Club.
The end user membership agreement is an agreement between you and the Shopping Club.
Please read the agreement carefully before proceeding with your membership.

• The Shopping Club member is an artist and/or non-artist individual above eighteen years old with any kind of background, race, belief, occupation, nationality etc.
• The member reads the Neutral Art Theory of the Shopping Club.
• During the membership period, the Shopping Club member is committed for non-profit purposes to contribute,enrichen and develop the Neutral Art Theory of the Shopping Club theoretically and by practice.
• In practice The Shopping Club member agrees to become a constituent of a mobile sculpture by the act of doing shopping .
• The Shopping Club member agrees to serve as the instable media of the Shopping Club Tree and grow every week or in appointed time intervals the fruits of the Shopping Club Tree .
• The Shopping Club member is not allowed to distribute the NTSC to a third party for any kind of commercial reasons without the allowance of the Instable Studio and the Shopping Club.

After becoming a member:

• every shopping club member gets the shopping club membership tag.
• every shopping club member has a personal file in the Shopping Club.
• Shopping Club holds the rights of the personal files and protects it.
• The shopping Club member agrees to wear the Shopping Club Membership Tag during performance hours i.e. during the personal Shopping Club shopping hours.
• The Shopping Club member agrees to shop only for the Shopping Club during performance.
  i.e. wearing the Shopping Club tag means performing only for the Shopping Club.
  It is not allowed to shop for personal, functional, commercial purposes during performance hours.
  

How to perform for the Shopping Club:

• After receiving the Shopping Club membership tag, the member is obliged to replace the tag with a product of any value that the member decides to buy for the Shopping Club.
• After replacing the membership tag with the exchange article , the member can start his performance.
• The Shopping Club member wears the tag during performance hours and shops an article of his choice only for the Shopping Club.
• The member brings this article to the Shopping Club.
• The Shopping Club places this article in the Shopping Club Showroom.
• In exchange the member chooses any other article from the showroom of the Shopping Club.
• The member is obliged to bring the receipts of the article that they buy.
• The receipts are presented in the showroom with the product they brought in.
• The Shopping Club member is obliged to explain written or oral the experience and the reason of their choices. This will be documented by the Shopping Club and will be presented with the article that they bought. A copy of their declaration and receipt will be kept in the personal file
of the member.
• The member has no rights on the product they bring in and they can claim only one product from the Shopping Club Showroom after bringing in a new product i.e. not the time before exchange.
• It is allowed to make maximum one exchange per week.
• The minimum number of performance and therefore exchange, is one time per three weeks unless the member has made a personal appointment with the Shopping Club for personal performance intervals.

Privacy Statement of The Shopping Club and Termination of Membership:

• Nothing can be bought or sold from the Shopping Club Showroom by money.
• Shopping Club is not a shop.
• In terms of absence without any written or oral excuse, the Shopping Club has the right to terminate the membership of the member.
• The Shopping Club holds all the rights of the membership documents (personal performance files, tags and products) and protects them .
• The Shopping Club holds the rights to publish membership files both on electronic or printable media. If the member prefers to keep his identity secret, then he gets a Membership Nickname from the Shopping Club.
• The member is free to terminate his membership anytime he likes. The termination of the membership is done by bringing in or sending the membership tag by certified mail and including a written and oral statement of membership termination reasons. When the membership is terminated without any declaration then the ex-member member falls in the Free Judgement Category of Membership Termination of The Shopping Club. In this case the Shopping Club creates an appropriate membership termination statement for the ex-member and includes it in the ex-member's membership file. From this moment on the member loses his rights to his personal membership file.(The Shopping Club is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage in terms of postal sendings then the member falls in the Free Judgement Category of Membership Termination of the Shopping Club.When the shopping Club receives the termination statement and membership tag from the ex-member then the Shopping Club notices the ex-member with the approval of his membership termination request by e-mail).
